I’m Abiodun Olusola, an economist, entrepreneur, pastor, and mentor, passionate about empowering young Africans to achieve greatness. I earned my BSc and MSc in Economics from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), and I am currently a student of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. I am also the founder of Captworld Prints, a printing firm, and Captworld School, a tech training institute.
Coming from a humble background in a remote village in Ogun State, Nigeria, I experienced many challenges in education and life. Yet, through determination and faith, I overcame adversity and committed myself to breaking the cycle of poverty, not just for myself, but for others as well.
Over the years, I have worn many hats, economist, brand manager, coach, and writer, which have allowed me to teach, guide, and inspire people in areas such as finance, SMEs, personal growth, relationships, and faith. I believe knowledge is only powerful when it transforms lives, and that principle drives everything I do.
My Mission
To empower African youth to unlock their potential, achieve personal and professional success, and transform society through education, skills acquisition, and mentorship.
My Vision
To see Nigeria and Africa rise through human capital development—equipping young people in STEM, agriculture, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and practical skills. I believe that investing in people is the key to true economic and societal development.
My Work
At Captworld Ltd., I lead projects that combine creativity, strategy, and innovation. As a pastor, I mentor and guide individuals in spiritual growth, character development, and leadership. Together, these roles allow me to integrate faith and economics to improve lives and communities.
Core Beliefs
I value integrity, diligence, and service. Knowledge should be used not only for personal gain but for the greater good. I firmly believe that with the right guidance, education, and opportunities, every young African can achieve financial stability, personal growth, and lasting impact. Above all, I believe in God as the ultimate source of wisdom, strength, and purpose.
